1 Class - Fee: $55
Come enjoy, explore and experience the benefits of laughter and play. We will engage in a variety of fun and creative activities that will inspire positive well-being. Laughter and play release physical and emotional tensions, aiding in stress relief and relaxation. Improved immune functioning and other physiological benefits are produced.
