Join our Professional French Chef, Jean-Paul Chatelain, on a tour of four regions of France - North, Provence/the French Riviera /Corsica, Bordeaux, and the Alsace - to experience French cuisine and the wine and spirits that each region is famous for. Focusing on the distinct culinary differences of each region, you will prepare five courses (including dessert) each evening, with a wine, beer or liquor pairing per course. Enjoy the food and the perfect liquor pairings which are at the heart of French dining and the secret to a healthy and relaxing experience.
