Sample dishes from Malaysia, Canton, Szechwan and Thailand in this demo style course. Find out what their special ingredients are and where to purchase them here in Calgary. Our instructor has been teaching Continuing Education programs for more than 30 years. Experience her wealth of knowledge and great food.
