Understand the functions, characteristics and clearing of the seven main chakras. Increase your intuitive awareness of chakras and learn how to close them for protection. A variety of approaches from scanning with your hands, use of a pendulum, visual meditation and crystals are used. Balanced chakras strengthen your personal energy and increase your intuition and spiritual awareness.
