For the beginner to the advanced paper crafter. Learn a variety of techniques including open window design, waterfall, embossing (both dry and liquid) and others. Even if you think you're not artistic, impress yourself and others with these beautiful, economical creations. You will have the opportunity to create 5 - 10 cards.
