Work at developing the skills learned in the Get Started course. Learn how to pipe flowers in buttercream and royal icing, fine lace piping and embroidery, gumpaste flowers and more. Some homework (baking cakes to be decorated in class) required.
Recommended prerequisite: Cake Decorating - Get Started or equivalent experience.
