HCS3000 (Workplace Safety Systems)

Prerequisite for Off-campus

HCS 3000 HCS3000 is a mandatory Alberta Education course for students participating in Work Experience 15-25-35, Skilled Trades, Internships and Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP). In this course students will gain the attitudes, knowledge, and skills related to workplace health and safety and examine relevant legislation required in the workplace.

  • Upon completion of HCS3000 students will receive one credit.
  • Student Services at the home high school can assist with information about obtaining HCS3000
